Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance in your country.

Our Returns Promise

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for damaged or incorrect items
  • Easy exchange process for different colours (from our SHOP PLANT POTS BY COLOUR selection) or sizes

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as straightforward as our PLANT CARE advice:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package carefully – use original packaging if possible, following our careful POTTING, PLANTING & DISPLAY standards
  4. Ship your return – we’ll provide a return label for faulty items (customers pay return shipping for change of mind)

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items

Some items require special handling, like our HOUSEPLANT TREATMENTS:

  • Custom or personalized plant pots (unless damaged in transit)
  • Used or damaged plant pots (unless we’re responsible for the damage)
  • Items not in original condition with packaging intact
