Our Returns Promise

Like our diverse range of HOUSEPLANT STYLES, we offer flexible return options:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for damaged or incorrect items
  • Easy exchange process for different colours or sizes

Please note: Due to the delicate nature of our products, customized or personalized plant pots cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as straightforward as our PLANT CARE advice:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package carefully – use original packaging if possible, just like our careful POTTING, PLANTING & DISPLAY recommendations
  4. Ship your return – we’ll provide a return label for faulty items (customers pay return shipping for change of mind)

To make your return request as efficient as our DHL/FedEx shipping, use this template:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different colour from our SHOP PLANT POTS BY COLOUR collection?

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

Non-Returnable Items

Some items require special handling, like our HOUSEPLANT TREATMENTS:

  • Custom or personalized plant pots
  • Used or damaged plant pots (unless damaged in transit)
  • Items not in original condition
