Most of our pots feature drainage holes (clearly noted in product descriptions). Our FIBRECLAY and COMPOSITE collections include removable rubber stoppers for flexible use.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our Oxford greenhouse. For Standard Shipping, use DHL/FedEx tracking. Free Shipping orders can be tracked via EMS.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fresh delivery! Contact [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering if changes are needed. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days). Ideal for time-sensitive gifts.

Free Shipping: Available for orders £50+, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days. Perfect for combining multiple items from our collections.

Designer Tip: Order by Wednesday noon for fastest dispatch!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide except some Asian and remote regions. All international shipments include phytosanitary certificates where required.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Our Oxford team uses climate-conscious packing:

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns for unused items in original packaging. For damaged items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. Living plants have seasonal return restrictions—we’ll notify you if this applies.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged/incorrect items: We cover return costs. For change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend insured tracking for valuable items like Gold-accented planters.
How long do refunds take?
Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. PayPal refunds appear fastest (1-2 days), while credit cards may take 7-10 days to reflect.
